Ari I. Bauer, Esq. joined Catania, Mahon & Rider, PLLC as an associate in July of 2010 and became a partner of the firm in January of 2017.  Since coming to CMR, Ari has focused his practice in the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation, Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation. Ari received his Bachelors of Science Degree at SUNY Albany, where he graduated summa cum laude and his J.D. degree at Fordham Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He served as a judicial intern in the Westchester Surrogate's Court under the current Westchester County District Attorney, Anthony Scarpino, Esq.  Ari is admitted to the New York State Bar; United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; United States District Court, Southern District; United States District Court, Eastern District; and United States District Court, Northern District. Ari currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Justice Brandeis Law Society of the 9th Judicial District and Land to Learn.  He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association.
