David E. Decker is an associate with Catania, Mahon & Rider. Prior to joining the firm in October, 2020, David defended product manufacturers in asbestos and toxic tort litigation in jurisdictions throughout New York State. He also has experience in premises liability, plaintiff’s personal injury, automobile litigation, and has defended appliance manufacturers in insurance subrogation claims.
