Jeffrey S. Sculley Special Counsel

Mr. Sculley is a 1992 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. He is Special Counsel to the firm concentrating in appellate litigation, representing clients in regulatory and administrative applications and proceedings before governmental agencies, hearing officers and law judges, assisting in logo and brand development through trademark protection, advising non-profit organizations, counseling commercial and residential landlords and business owners, as well as guiding businesses and non-profits through human resource and employment issues, as well as providing them with backroom human-resource support services. Mr. Sculley presents seminars to businesses, schools and non-profits on human resource and employment topics including the prevention and recognition of harassment and bullying. He directs, performs and instructs improvisational comedy, while also using these techniques in leading fun, experiential communication and team-building programs for businesses and non-profits (it’s like taking your staff whitewater rafting or to a laser tag arena -- without the goofy vests).
