Dedication and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at Black Rock Forest
07/05/2019

CMR special counsel, Jeff Sculley, attended a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony at Black Rock Forest for its ADA-accessible, Visitor Access Pathway, a gentle walking and hiking path creating a safe way for seniors and hikers of all abilities, who may need more moderate terrain, to enter and enjoy the Forest.  The Pathway was christened, Sybil’s Path, in memory of Sybil Golden and her many years of dedication to, and support of, the Black Rock Forest mission of advancing scientific understanding of the natural world through the three pillars of research, education and conservation.

Sybil’s Path allows full access to the diverse flora and fauna of the Forest.  You can learn more about Black Rock and plan your visit at:   https://blackrockforest.org
